What stays with people
Choosing the metrics, drawing conclusions for the next exhibition and communicating with exhibitors.
From hundreds of unprocessed responses to reports for the organiser and each exhibitor soon after the exhibition ends.
An organiser with three exhibitions a year and 150 exhibitors at each. Visitor and exhibitor surveys are collected, but they are analysed by hand, if at all.
It brings responses from connected digital sources into one place through Praion Event Intelligence. Paper responses can be included in the same workflow once they have been digitised.
It calculates the metrics defined by the organiser using the available, properly structured data: who attended, where they came from, what they were looking for, how satisfied they were and what they would like to change. The metrics are shown on a dashboard that updates as new data is added.
It prepares one report for the organiser and one for each exhibitor, using aggregated data that can be linked to that exhibitor's stand and sector. The reports do not reveal individual visitor responses or present conclusions that are not supported by the available data.
Choosing the metrics, drawing conclusions for the next exhibition and communicating with exhibitors.
The data can reach exhibitors soon after the exhibition ends. The organiser has concrete information to support the conversation about the next event.
For an organiser like this one, the first step is the study. We talk to the organising team and map which surveys exist, which channels the responses come from and what data exhibitors usually ask for. That shows which metrics make sense and which agent to start with.
The organiser defines the metrics to track, the format of the reports and what data each exhibitor can see. They also define how paper responses are digitised, so that they join the same workflow.
Before the first exhibition, the agents are tested with real responses from a previous edition. When the data is not enough to support a conclusion, the report does not present it. After each exhibition, we monitor how they work and adjust them when the metrics or the surveys change.
