Bundles apply a discount on the web design part, with specific percentages depending on the combination. On the discovery call we look at your needs and propose the right combination with a clear price.

Q: Who pays for ad spend?

Ad spend is paid directly by you to the platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok). It doesn't go through us. Two reasons: first, transparency — you see exactly how much goes to ads and how much to services. Second, ownership — the ad account is yours, the data is yours, and if you ever change agency you don't lose history or optimisation. We handle strategy, creative, management, and optimisation — the work. Not the budget.

Q: Can I change package later?

Marketing packages: Yes, easily. With 30 days' notice you can upgrade or adjust your package according to your business needs. Web design packages: After site delivery, upgrading to a higher package happens with the price difference plus development hours for the new features.

Q: What if I want to end the collaboration?

Ending the collaboration happens with 30 days' notice and applies from the next billing cycle. All work completed up to the moment of ending is yours — content, assets, and access to all accounts. If you're in a bundle with web design, the discount stays for the web design project, regardless of the marketing retainer ending.

Q: Is there a minimum commitment period?

Marketing retainers: Yes, the first 3 months. The first 3-month cycle is the minimum for the strategy to be applied seriously and the first results in AEO and content performance to be measured. After the first 3 months, the collaboration becomes monthly with no commitment — with 30 days' notice you can end it at any time. Web design projects: No time commitment, but scope commitment — commitment to completing the project we agreed on. Bundles: The same terms apply as above — 3 months for the marketing part, project-based for web design. The bundle discount only applies if you take both together.

Payment terms

Marketing retainers: The first 3 months are paid upfront at the start of the collaboration. After that, monthly invoicing on the 1st of each month. Cancellation with 30 days' notice.

Web design projects: 50% upon contract signing, 50% before go-live.

Add-ons: 100% before execution.

Bundles: Payment at project start (web design discount applies).

Payments: Bank transfer or SEPA. Credit card available for prepayments.

Currency: All prices in EUR.
