02 · WHAT’S INCLUDED
Everything in the Setup, and every month
The first two months are the start-up phase. All the work of the Setup is done: technical audit, measurement, new copy on 15 pages, 5 new pages, identity and measurement accounts. From month 3, every month includes:
4 new answer pages
We write 4 new pages a month for questions the measurement shows are worth covering.
4 improved pages
We rework 4 existing pages a month, copy, FAQ and schema, where the data shows room to improve.
Technical site audit
Every month we check the whole site for new problems, give instructions for whatever we find and verify that the previous ones were fixed.
Business identity
We maintain your Google Business Profile, Bing Places and directory listings, and add 2 new listings a month.
Competitors
We track your 3 main competitors and what changes in their presence.
Report and call
A monthly written report and a 30-minute call: what was done, what changed and what we do next month.
03 · WHY 6 MONTHS
Why the minimum term is 6 months
Google and the AIs don’t react straight away. They need time to re-read the site, find the new pages and trust the changes. Within 6 months the start-up work is complete, at least 21 new pages have been added and the comparison with the baseline shows the real trajectory.
In month 6 we deliver a comparison using the same questions as at the start. From then on, the engagement continues month by month.

Every month your developer receives ready material: new pages, improved copy, FAQ, schema and instructions for whatever the audit found. We check what was implemented.
If your site is built on our own CMS
The new pages and improvements go live through us the same day they are approved. The cycle is faster and the results show sooner.
