Each project is designed from scratch, after a discovery, needs-analysis, and specifications process. It is not a bigger service package, but a different form of engagement, tailored to your business’s needs.

    We define the project's structure, evaluate the integrations with third-party systems, identify potential risks, and choose the right technical approach. At the end, you receive a detailed technical memo with the project specifications.

    Custom proposal(10–14 days)

    We draft a detailed proposal that includes the total project cost, payment milestones, the estimated timeline, deliverables per phase, and the available support options after project completion.

    Build & launch(sprint-based)

    The project is developed in stages, with progress demos every two weeks and continuous testing of core functions. Before publication, we run tests with you and organize the transition to the new environment. After launch, our team stays by your side for 30 days of support and improvements.

Projects below €3,500 — that’s not Atelier Web, that’s Pro. Projects above €30,000 are rare and usually involve enterprise integrations or multi-phase rollouts.

Yes — that's one of the core reasons Atelier Web exists. We connect to ERP, CRM and other systems, either through official APIs or with a custom integration. Each connection is assessed during technical scoping.

Yes. We handle migrations from WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, OpenCart, and custom systems. Typically, migration is not a straight copy of the existing website. We redesign the structure, content, and data so that performance, user experience, and visibility on Google and AI search are improved. Older or proprietary systems require additional technical analysis, so we can evaluate how the data will be moved and any limitations of the existing platform. The migration plan is part of the final project proposal.

After the project launches, 30 days of support are included for bug fixes and urgent adjustments. After that, you can choose: (a) Care Enterprise (€149/month), which includes maintenance, updates, and up to 5 hours of changes or improvements each month, (b) a bespoke continuous-development programme for projects that evolve constantly and need new features or automations, (c) one-off projects, when specific needs arise without a monthly commitment. Most Atelier Web clients start with Care Enterprise and, as the project grows, transition to other packages aligned with the plan and goals of their business.
