How many posts and articles per month do I need ?

Published · Updated

QUICK ANSWER

There is no single "right" number of posts or articles per month for every business. The right cadence depends on the questions you need to cover, the channels that matter to your audience, and how much useful content you can produce without lowering quality. Praion's packages have specific monthly deliverables, but those figures describe service scope rather than minimum requirements for SEO or AEO.

"How much should I publish?" is a reasonable question, but the number alone does not tell you much. Ten posts that repeat the same thing do not become more valuable simply because there are ten of them. One article that answers a real question well can be more useful than many generic posts.

There is no magic number

Neither SEO nor AEO is based on a universal number of posts per month.

Google's guidance is to create useful, reliable, people-first content. A large number of pages does not, on its own, make a website better or more relevant.

Google also warns against producing large amounts of content in the hope that some of it will perform in Search, or adding large amounts of new content mainly to make a site appear "fresh."

The same applies to AI-generated answers: there is no published general rule requiring a business to produce a specific number of articles or posts each month.

It is more useful to consider:

  • which topics are genuinely worth covering,
  • which customer questions currently remain unanswered,
  • which content needs updating,
  • which channels make sense for the business,
  • and how much content can be produced without quality dropping.

What does this mean for AEO?

In AEO, the goal is not to create pages simply to increase content volume. The foundation is to have public, useful and verifiable information that answers real needs.

For example, a customer does not usually ask:

"roof insulation Kozani"

It is more likely they will ask:

"I have damp on the ceiling after heavy rain. What should I check before calling a contractor, and which professional handles something like this in my area?"

For a page like this to be useful, it should clearly explain the problem the business addresses, when it can help, where it operates, and how someone can get in touch.

This has greater value than creating many variations of the same page with no new information.

How much content does each package include?

Praion's packages differ in the volume and type of monthly deliverables:

Pulse

  • Social media: 8 posts + 4 reels
  • Articles / Pages: 0

Engine

  • Social media: 16 posts + 4 reels
  • Articles / Pages: 1 article + 3 AEO pages

Sovereign

  • Social media: 30 posts + 8 reels
  • Articles / Pages: 2 articles + 5 AEO pages

These figures are package deliverables. They do not mean that a business needs a specific number of posts for AEO to "work", nor that more posts automatically lead to better presence in Search or AI answers.

The main difference between the packages is the ability to cover more channels and more distinct topics each month. Engine and Sovereign also add articles and AEO pages, where a question or need can be developed in greater depth.

The full deliverables are on the pricing page.

When does consistency have value?

Consistency has practical value because it helps a business keep content current and gradually cover more useful topics.

It is not, by itself, a special ranking signal for SEO or AI. A steady pace is simply more functional when it allows production to continue without rushed, repetitive or careless content.

Where does a small business start?

From the questions that genuinely matter to its customers.

If a small business has limited time or budget, it is better to choose a few topics worth covering properly than to commit to a volume it will struggle to maintain.

Before the monthly pace is set, three questions need to be answered:

  1. What does the customer really need to learn?
  2. On which channel should this information be given?
  3. How much content can be produced properly each month?

An example of a lower-intensity collaboration is in the boutique hotel with Pulse.

If you would like us to look at your own case, we start from the topics and channels that have real value for your business and then set the right production pace.

Producing more content does not guarantee a specific ranking, appearance, mention or recommendation in Google, ChatGPT or any other AI system.
